Add knowledge blocks
Enables users to search for available knowledge content and insert this content into articles they are writing; users search for existing articles and browse the results displayed as cards This page is only available with the Knowledge Blocks plugin installed.
Article template selector
Modal that enables a user who is creating a knowledge article to select a knowledge base and a predefined template. This page is only available with the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin installed.
Category picker
Modal that enables users to select an appropriate category from the selected knowledge base for a knowledge article they are writing
CI Infrastructure Relationships
The CI infrastructure relationships page tracks the relationships between configuration items (CI) and provides links to drill down into the affected CIs in each class. This page template is installed with the com.snc.cmdb.page.templates plugin, which is active by default with the San Diego release. The CI infrastructure relationships page is intended to be used in the contextual sidebar.
CI Service Relationships
The CI service relationships page tracks the relationships between configuration items (CI) and the services they support. The content tree in the page provides links to drill down into the affected CIs in each class. The CI service relationships page is installed with the com.snc.cmdb.page.templates plugin, which is active by default with the San Diego release. This page template is intended to be used in the contextual sidebar.
Compare article versions
Enables users to compare content side-by-side by highlighting the differences between the original and changed content; can also be used to edit or translate the changed content in place This component is only available with the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin installed.
CSM Interaction Record
A page template used to display interaction records in a Customer Service Management (CSM) configurable workspace.
Knowledge view
Enables users to see information involving a knowledge article, including earlier versions and translations; users can rate articles, view other's comments, and submit comments of their own
KPI details
Default page available from the Base Agent workspace experience. This page contains the component 'KPI details'. The KPI details component contains also the KPI signals feature. This page allows to display the exploratory page for the Indicators data called 'KPI details'. The suggestion is to navigate to this page when clicking on an Indicator or on a chart/visualization built on Indicator data.
Record Vertical
A page template used to manage related lists and UI pages on a record page within groups. This page template contains preset values that make the page work without requiring complex configuration.
Related records
Reusable page template that displays records in the contextual side panel related to the content in the main workspace; these records can be searched and filtered dynamically. Plugin Required: Dynamic Related Records for Configurable Workspace This component is only available with the Dynamic Related Records plugin installed.
Request translation
Modal that allows a user to select available languages and request translation of a knowledge article; only languages for which a language pack is installed appear in the selection list. This page is only available with the Knowledge Management Advanced and I18N - Knowledge internationalization plugins installed.
Retire Confirmation
Modal used as a page template that enables Knowledge Management users to confirm that they want to retire an obsolete article from the knowledge base and to select a replacement article.
Search results
Page template that displays results from a user’s global search of their workspace in a single results page; results appear in category sets users can navigate from a category menu in the right pane.
Standard list
A page used in a configurable workspace to show a list menu with an associated list of records. The list menu allows users to select the specific list they want to work on. The list template also includes a generic panel that shows a record preview by default.
