Structure

The Core UI structure helps you build focused experiences for instance management. The UI optimizes the work surface for data management with quick access to navigation.

Core UI has the same unified navigation at the top of the page as the Workspace app framework, making it easy to navigate across experiences. The navigation menus are floating by default, but can be pinned to the left side of the page.

Page layouts

The actionable area of a page in Core UI is called the content frame. This area can display lists, forms, dashboards, and wizards depending on what part of an application the user navigates to.

Each view has different available configurations:

  • Lists: configure the visible columns, filtering, and sorting
  • Forms: select from available form views
  • Dashboards: change the layout of the dashboard widgets and add widgets.
