Notifying users an agentic plan is available
Fulfillers should only be notified when a agentic worflow has been proactively started for records assigned to them. When an agentic workflow has begun, a badge will appear on the Now Assist panel’s icon indicating a new conversation has started. When a record is opened that has an agentic workflow that has been triggered, notify the user with an alert banner.

Manually triggering agentic workflows
Agentic workflows can be triggered using condition sets, but can also be triggered manually by the user.
An agentic workflow can be triggered from a user utterance or as a response suggestion as part of the conversational greeting. Like generative AI skills, agentic workflows can display as part of Now Assist's greeting and are discoverable by AI search.
