Starting agentic workflows

Agentic workflows can be proactively started based on a set of predefined conditions or manually started by a human.

Notifying users an agentic plan is available

Fulfillers should only be notified when a agentic worflow has been proactively started for records assigned to them. When an agentic workflow has begun, a badge will appear on the Now Assist panel’s icon indicating a new conversation has started. When a record is opened that has an agentic workflow that has been started, notify the user with an alert banner.

Manually starting agentic workflows

Agentic workflows can be started using condition sets, but can also be started manually by the user.

An agentic workflow can be started from a user utterance or as a response suggestion as part of the conversational greeting. Like generative AI skills, agentic workflows can display as part of Now Assist's greeting and are discoverable by AI search.
